Getting started

1. Sign in from the A10X icon in Chrome's toolbar with the email and temporary password we sent you, then choose your own password.
2. Open the dashboard and follow the set-up steps: connect your Facebook account, import your friends, and write a Prospect and a Follow Up message.
3. Pick contacts, a message and a time, then press SEND. Keep Chrome open and signed in to Facebook: your browser sends the messages.

Messages say Failed or Unconfirmed

Open Scheduled or Sent and expand the message: it says what happened. Unconfirmed means Chrome closed mid-send, so check the chat on Messenger before sending again.
